PENGANJUR, TEMPOH & KELAYAKAN
1.Kempen Spend & Win '20 TAHUN DEDIKASI, NUTRISI TANPA KOMPROMI' ("Kempen") dianjurkan oleh Pet World Nutritions Sdn. Bhd (200401033610) ("Penganjur"). Kempen ini akan berlangsung dari 1 Julai 2026 hingga 30 September 2026 ("Tempoh Kempen").
2.Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua warganegara dan pemastautin tetap Malaysia ("Peserta") yang berumur lapan belas (18) tahun ke atas dan memiliki MyKad yang sah, kecuali pekerja Penganjur, ejen pengiklanan, ejen perhubungan awam dan agensi promosi, serta anggota keluarga terdekat mereka.
3.Penganjur berhak mengubah terma atau tempoh Kempen pada bila-bila masa. Semua penyertaan Kempen mesti dihantar kepada Penganjur pada atau sebelum 30 September 2026.
4.Untuk layak menyertai, Peserta dikehendaki membeli mana-mana produk Pet World (ProDiet / ProBalance / Delizios / Le Gourmet / Cattylov / Doggyjoy / Simple) bernilai RM20.00 dan ke atas dalam satu resit semasa Tempoh Kempen ("Bukti Pembelian"). Resit asal yang menunjukkan tarikh pembelian antara 1 Julai 2026 hingga 30 September 2026 mestilah disimpan oleh Peserta untuk tujuan pengesahan jika perlu.
CARA PENYERTAAN
5.Peserta boleh menyertai Kempen ini dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah berikut:
a.Beli mana-mana produk Pet World (ProDiet / ProBalance / Delizios / Le Gourmet / Cattylov / Doggyjoy / Simple) bernilai RM20.00 dan ke atas dalam satu resit di mana-mana kedai (atau kedai dalam talian), pasar raya, atau pasar besar di seluruh Malaysia. Bagi pembelian melalui kedai dalam talian, tangkapan skrin butiran pesanan yang menunjukkan status 'Dihantar' dan/atau invois daripada e-mel dengan transaksi berjaya akan diterima sebagai Bukti Pembelian yang sah.
b.Simpan resit asal sebagai Bukti Pembelian.
c.Imbas kod QR pada bahan POSM Kempen atau layari https://petworld20years.myideascontest.com/ , muat naik gambar resit yang jelas dan lengkap, serta isikan borang penyertaan dengan maklumat peribadi yang tepat. Nombor telefon bimbit yang diberikan semasa penyerahan mestilah didaftarkan dengan akaun Touch 'n Go eWallet yang sah. Nama Peserta mestilah sepadan dengan nama yang didaftarkan pada akaun Touch 'n Go eWallet, kerana sebarang PIN Reload akan dipindahkan terus ke akaun tersebut.
6.Penyertaan yang tidak lengkap, penyertaan lewat, penyertaan tanpa Bukti Pembelian yang sah, atau penyertaan dengan gambar resit yang tidak jelas atau rosak tidak akan diterima.
7.Peserta boleh menghantar lebih daripada satu (1) penyertaan. Setiap resit asal hanya sah untuk satu (1) penyertaan. Penyertaan yang menggunakan resit yang sama lebih daripada sekali akan didiskualifikasi sepenuhnya.
SPEND & WIN – PENEBUSAN SEGERA (TOUCH 'N GO PIN RELOAD RM10)
8.Selain daripada hadiah Peraduan utama, Kempen ini turut menawarkan mekanik Penebusan Segera seperti berikut:
a.Peserta yang layak yang menghantar resit pembelian yang sah (satu resit berjumlah RM20.00 atau lebih dalam produk Pet World) akan menerima satu (1) PIN Reload Touch 'n Go eWallet bernilai RM10.
b.Setiap Peserta terhad kepada maksimum dua (2) penebusan PIN Reload RM10 sepanjang keseluruhan Tempoh Kempen, berdasarkan dua (2) resit layak yang berasingan.
c.Penebusan Segera adalah terhad kepada seribu (1,000) penyertaan layak yang pertama sahaja, atas dasar 'siapa cepat dia dapat' (first-come, first-served), selagi stok masih ada. Penganjur berhak menghentikan Penebusan Segera pada bila-bila masa setelah had 1,000 unit dicapai.
d.PIN Reload Touch 'n Go eWallet RM10 akan dihantar terus ke akaun Touch 'n Go eWallet berdaftar Peserta menggunakan nombor telefon bimbit yang diberikan dalam borang penyertaan. Peserta bertanggungjawab memastikan nombor telefon bimbit yang diberikan didaftarkan dengan betul bersama akaun Touch 'n Go eWallet.
e.Penebusan Segera tidak boleh dipindahkan, tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai, dan tidak boleh digabungkan dengan mana-mana promosi atau tawaran lain.

CABUTAN MINGGUAN (TOUCH 'N GO PIN RELOAD RM100)
10.Setiap penyertaan Kempen yang sah yang dikemukakan dalam tempoh minggu tertentu (seperti yang dinyatakan dalam jadual hadiah di atas) akan dimasukkan ke dalam cabutan hadiah minggu tersebut. Tempoh Kempen dibahagikan kepada sembilan (9) tetingkap cabutan mingguan seperti yang disenaraikan di atas.
11.Tiga (3) pemenang akan dipilih setiap minggu melalui cabutan rawak berkomputer secara automatik daripada semua penyertaan sah yang diterima dalam tempoh minggu berkenaan. Sebanyak dua puluh tujuh (27) PIN Reload Touch 'n Go eWallet RM100 akan dianugerahkan sepanjang sembilan (9) minggu tersebut.
12.Penyertaan yang dikemukakan dalam minggu tertentu mungkin dibawa ke cabutan mingguan berikutnya sehingga pemenang dipilih, kecuali penyertaan tersebut telahpun memenangi hadiah mingguan.
PEMILIHAN & PENGUMUMAN PEMENANG PERADUAN UTAMA
13.Pemenang bagi Hadiah Utama, Hadiah Kedua, Hadiah Ketiga, Hadiah Khas, dan Hadiah Saguhati akan dipilih pada akhir Tempoh Kempen melalui sistem pemilihan rawak berkomputer secara automatik daripada semua penyertaan sah yang diterima sepanjang keseluruhan Tempoh Kempen.
14.Setiap penyertaan yang sah akan diberikan nombor siri daripada kumpulan penyertaan layak. Pemenang yang disenarai pendek akan dipilih melalui sistem pemilihan berkomputer secara automatik, tertakluk kepada pemenuhan semua kriteria yang ditetapkan dalam Terma & Syarat ini.
15.Peserta yang disenarai pendek akan dihubungi melalui nombor telefon bimbit yang diberikan semasa pendaftaran/penyertaan dalam tempoh empat (4) minggu dari tamatnya Tempoh Kempen, semasa waktu pejabat (Isnin – Jumaat, 9.00 pagi – 5.00 petang). Peserta yang disenarai pendek mungkin diminta untuk menjawab soalan pengesahan dengan betul sebelum hadiah disahkan.
16.Jika Penganjur tidak berjaya menghubungi peserta yang disenarai pendek selepas tiga (3) percubaan dalam tempoh tiga (3) hari bekerja dari tarikh hubungan pertama, Penganjur berhak memilih Peserta layak berikutnya sebagai pemenang.
17.Jika seorang pemenang tidak menerima sebarang pemberitahuan, sebarang pemberitahuan yang disiarkan di laman media sosial rasmi Penganjur hendaklah dianggap sebagai notis yang mencukupi dan memadai. Tiada pelanjutan tempoh tuntutan hadiah akan diberikan atas alasan tidak menerima pemberitahuan.
18.Semua hadiah mesti dituntut dalam tempoh tiga puluh (30) hari dari tarikh pemenang dimaklumkan. Hadiah yang tidak dituntut akan dilupuskan. Tiada pengganti pemenang akan dipilih bagi hadiah yang dilupuskan. Semua kos dan perbelanjaan yang ditanggung dalam menuntut hadiah adalah tanggungjawab pemenang sepenuhnya.
19.Setiap Peserta layak untuk memenangi satu (1) hadiah Peraduan utama (Hadiah Utama, Hadiah Kedua, Hadiah Ketiga, Hadiah Khas, atau Hadiah Saguhati) sahaja sepanjang Tempoh Kempen. Walau bagaimanapun, Peserta yang telah memenangi hadiah Peraduan utama masih layak untuk Cabutan Mingguan.
20.Semua hadiah diberikan 'seadanya' dan tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai, kredit, barangan lain, atau baucar, sama ada sebahagian atau keseluruhannya.
TANGGUNGJAWAB & HAK PENGANJUR
21.Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, Peserta bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma & Syarat ini. Keputusan Penganjur adalah muktamad dan mengikat dalam semua perkara yang berkaitan dengan Kempen. Sebarang surat, pertanyaan, rayuan, atau bantahan tidak akan dilayan. Peserta bersetuju bahawa tiada tindakan undang-undang akan diambil terhadap Penganjur berkenaan dengan Kempen ini.
22.Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, Peserta memberi kebenaran kepada Penganjur dan/atau mana-mana ejen pihak ketiga yang dilantik oleh Penganjur ("Agensi") untuk memproses data peribadi Peserta yang diberikan melalui borang penyertaan Kempen bagi tujuan Kempen dan penebusan.
23.Setiap Peserta bersetuju dengan pengumpulan, penggunaan, pemprosesan, dan pendedahan maklumat peribadi, serta mewakili dan menjamin bahawa semua maklumat yang diberikan adalah benar dan tepat dalam semua aspek. Setiap Peserta bersetuju bahawa Penganjur boleh, untuk tempoh masa yang munasabah melainkan dimaklumkan sebaliknya, menggunakan maklumat tersebut untuk tujuan promosi, pemasaran, publisiti, penyelidikan, dan pemprofilan, termasuk menghantar mesej elektronik atau membuat panggilan telefon kepada Peserta.
24.Nilai hadiah adalah tepat pada masa percetakan. Penganjur berhak menggantikan mana-mana hadiah pada bila-bila masa mengikut budi bicaranya yang mutlak tanpa notis terlebih dahulu.
25.Hadiah yang hilang atau rosak semasa penghantaran tidak boleh digantikan, dan Penganjur menafikan sebarang kewajipan untuk menggantikan atau memenuhi hadiah tersebut.
26.Penganjur berhak, mengikut budi bicaranya yang mutlak, untuk mendiskualifikasikan mana-mana Peserta yang didapati atau disyaki mengganggu proses penyerahan penyertaan atau operasi Kempen, dan berhak mengambil tindakan undang-undang terhadap mana-mana individu yang dipercayai telah melakukan aktiviti penipuan atau aktiviti berbahaya berkaitan dengan Kempen.
27.Penganjur tidak akan menanggung tanggungjawab atau liabiliti terhadap mana-mana hadiah/produk/baucar/e-baucar dan dengan nyata menolak sebarang pernyataan, jaminan, atau pengesahan, sama ada tersirat atau bertulis, berkaitan dengan kualiti, kebolehdagangan, kesesuaian untuk tujuan tertentu, kesihatan, atau keselamatan. Sebarang pertikaian yang timbul daripada atau berkaitan dengan hadiah yang ditawarkan oleh pemilik jenama hendaklah diselesaikan terus dengan pemilik jenama berkenaan.
28.Peserta menanggung liabiliti penuh bagi sebarang kecederaan, kerugian, tuntutan, atau kemalangan (termasuk kehilangan nyawa) yang berpunca daripada penyertaan dalam Kempen dan/atau penggunaan hadiah mereka.
29.Jika Kempen terganggu atau tidak dapat dijalankan seperti yang dijangkakan secara munasabah disebabkan oleh keadaan di luar kawalan munasabah Penganjur, Penganjur berhak mengubah Terma & Syarat, menangguhkan, menamatkan, atau membatalkan Kempen, tanpa notis terlebih dahulu.
AKTA PERLINDUNGAN DATA PERIBADI 2010 (PDPA)
Notis Di Bawah Seksyen 7 Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 ("PDPA") kepada pengguna Pet World Nutritions Sdn. Bhd (200401033610).
Peserta yang dihormati,
Di bawah PDPA, terdapat beberapa syarat yang mengawal pemprosesan data peribadi anda sebagai individu ("Individu"). Maklumat berikut disediakan untuk memaklumkan Individu tentang hak-hak mereka di bawah PDPA, termasuk tindakan yang boleh diambil untuk melaksanakan hak-hak tersebut:
a.Bahawa kami ("Penganjur") mengumpul data peribadi Individu secara langsung daripada borang penyertaan Kempen.
b.Data peribadi Individu dikumpul untuk tujuan Kempen ini.
c.Individu mempunyai hak untuk mengakses dan membetulkan data peribadi mereka.
d.Data peribadi Individu mungkin didedahkan kepada Agensi yang dilantik untuk tujuan pemprosesan.
e.Data peribadi yang dikumpul hanya akan digunakan untuk tujuan Kempen dan/atau penebusan.
f.Pemberian data peribadi adalah wajib untuk penyertaan; penyertaan yang tidak lengkap akan menjadikan penyertaan tersebut tidak sah.
g.Sekiranya Individu disahkan sebagai Pemenang, sebarang perubahan kepada data peribadi hendaklah dimaklumkan kepada Penganjur dengan segera.

Terms & Conditions
ORGANISER, DURATION & ELIGIBILITY
1.The '20 TAHUN DEDIKASI, NUTRISI TANPA KOMPROMI' Spend & Win Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by Pet World Nutritions Sdn. Bhd (200401033610) ("Organiser"). The Campaign will run from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 ("Campaign Period").
2.The Campaign is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia ("Participant / Participants") who are eighteen (18) years of age and above with a valid MyKad, except employees of the Organiser, advertising agents, public relations agents and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members.
3.The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms or duration of the Campaign at any time. All Campaign entries must be submitted on or before 30 September 2026.
4.To be eligible, Participants must purchase any Pet World product(s) (ProDiet / ProBalance / Delizios / Le Gourmet / Cattylov / Doggyjoy / Simple) worth RM20.00 and above in a single receipt during the Campaign Period ("Proof of Purchase"). The original receipt showing the date of purchase between 1 July 2026 and 30 September 2026 must be retained by the Participant for verification purposes.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
5.Participants may enter this Campaign by following these steps:
a.Purchase any Pet World product(s) (ProDiet / ProBalance / Delizios / Le Gourmet / Cattylov / Doggyjoy / Simple) worth RM20.00 and above in a single receipt at any store (or online store), supermarket, or hypermarket throughout Malaysia. For purchases via online store, a screenshot of the order details showing 'Delivered' status and/or an invoice from email with successful transaction shall be accepted as valid Proof of Purchase.
b.Retain the original receipt as Proof of Purchase.
c.Scan the QR code on the Campaign POSM or visit https://petworld20years.myideascontest.com/ , upload a clear and full photo of the receipt, and complete the entry form with accurate personal details. The mobile number provided during submission must be registered with a valid Touch 'n Go eWallet account. The Participant's name must match the registered name on the Touch 'n Go eWallet account, as any Reload PIN will be transferred directly to that account.
6.Incomplete entries, late entries, entries without a valid Proof of Purchase, or entries with illegible / damaged receipt images will not be accepted.
7.Participants may submit more than one (1) entry. Each original receipt is valid for one (1) entry only. Entries submitted using the same receipt more than once will be disqualified in their entirety.
SPEND & WIN – INSTANT REDEMPTION (TOUCH 'N GO RM10 RELOAD PIN)
8.In addition to the main Contest prizes, the Campaign features an Instant Redemption mechanic as follows:
a.Eligible Participants who submit a valid qualifying receipt (single receipt totalling RM20.00 or above in Pet World products) will receive one (1) Touch 'n Go eWallet RM10 Reload PIN.
b.Each Participant is limited to a maximum of two (2) RM10 Reload PIN redemptions throughout the entire Campaign Period, based on two (2) separate qualifying receipts.
c.The Instant Redemption is limited to the first one thousand (1,000) qualifying submissions only, on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. The Organiser reserves the right to discontinue the Instant Redemption at any time once the 1,000-unit limit is reached.
d.The Touch 'n Go eWallet RM10 Reload PIN will be sent directly to the Participant's registered Touch 'n Go eWallet account using the mobile number provided in the entry form. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number provided is correctly registered with a Touch 'n Go eWallet account.
e.The Instant Redemption is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.

WEEKLY DRAW (TOUCH 'N GO RM100 RELOAD PIN)
10.Each valid Campaign entry submitted during a given week's period (as set out in the prize table above) will be entered into that week's prize draw. The Campaign Period is divided into nine (9) weekly draw windows as listed above.
11.Three (3) winners will be selected per week via an automated computerised random draw from all valid entries received within that week's period. A total of twenty-seven (27) Touch 'n Go eWallet RM100 Reload PINs will be awarded across the nine (9) weeks.
12.Entries that were submitted in a particular week may carry over to subsequent weekly draws until a winner is selected, unless the entry has already won a weekly prize.
SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT OF MAIN CONTEST WINNERS
13.Winners for the Grand Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize, Special Prize, and Consolation Prize will be selected at the end of the Campaign Period via an automated computerised random selection system from all valid entries received throughout the entire Campaign Period.
14.Each valid entry submitted will be assigned a serial number from the pool of eligible entries. The shortlisted Winner(s) will be selected through an automated computerised selection system, subject to meeting all criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.
15.Shortlisted Participants will be contacted via the mobile phone number provided during registration/participation within four (4) weeks from the end of the Campaign Period, during office hours (Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm). Shortlisted Participants may be asked to answer a verification question correctly before a prize is confirmed.
16.If the Organiser is unable to contact a shortlisted winner after three (3) attempts within three (3) working days from the date of first contact, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next eligible Participant as the winner.
17.If a winner does not receive a notification, any notification posted on the Organiser's official social media pages shall be considered adequate and sufficient notice. No extension of the prize redemption period will be granted on the basis of non-receipt of notification.
18.All prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of the winner's notification date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. No replacement winners will be selected for forfeited prizes. All costs and expenses incurred in claiming a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
19.Each Participant is eligible to win one (1) Main Contest prize (Grand Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize, Special Prize, or Consolation Prize) only throughout the Campaign Period. However, a Participant who has won a Main Contest prize may still be eligible for the Weekly Draw.
20.All prizes are awarded 'as is' and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, other items, or vouchers, in whole or in part.
RESPONSIBILITIES & RIGHTS OF THE ORGANISER
21.By participating in this Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Organiser's decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Campaign. Any letters, enquiries, appeals, or protests will not be entertained. Participants agree that no legal action will be taken against the Organiser arising from the Campaign.
22.By participating in this Campaign, Participants give permission to the Organiser and/or any third-party agents elected by the Organiser ("Agency") to process the Participants' personal data provided through the Campaign entry form for Campaign and redemption purposes.
23.Each Participant agrees to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of personal information, and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects. Each Participant agrees that the Organiser may, for a reasonable period of time unless advised otherwise, use such information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or making telephone calls to Participants.
24.The values of prizes are accurate at the time of printing. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
25.Prize(s) lost or damaged during delivery are not replaceable, and the Organiser disclaims any obligation to replace or fulfil such prizes.
26.The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant found or suspected of tampering with the entry submission process or the operation of the Campaign, and reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual believed to have undertaken fraudulent or harmful activities in connection with the Campaign.
27.The Organiser will not assume responsibility or liability for any prize/product/voucher/e-voucher and expressly excludes any statement, warranty, or endorsement, implied or written, regarding quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, health, or safety. Any dispute arising out of or relating to a prize offered by a brand owner should be resolved directly with the brand owner.
28.Participants assume full liability for any injury, loss, claim, or accident (including loss of life) resulting from participation in the Campaign and/or use of their prizes.
29.If the Campaign is interrupted or cannot be conducted as reasonably expected due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, the Organiser reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, postpone, terminate, or cancel the Campaign, without prior notice.
